Missouri的法律要求

No fixed numeric ratio of first-aiders to employees. Under 29 CFR 1910.151(b), when no infirmary, clinic or hospital is in near proximity, the employer must ensure at least one person is adequately trained to render first aid. 'Near proximity' is interpreted as a 3-4 minute emergency response for serious-hazard workplaces (up to about 15 minutes for low-hazard offices). The program is performance-based and must match the workplace's foreseeable hazards.

Neither OSHA nor Missouri law sets a mandated validity period or bans online training for workplace first-aiders. Online theory training is accepted; a hands-on skills component is recommended for CPR.
